Outreach is an essential aspect of spiritual growth and maturity. At UCFM, we believe that worship, discipleship, and serving are important for building a strong foundation in faith, but outreach is necessary for taking the next step in our spiritual journey. When we reach out to others and share the love of Christ with them, we are able to reproduce and grow as a church. This not only helps us to fulfill our mission of spreading the gospel, but it also keeps us healthy and vibrant as a community of believers. As the Bible tells us in Matthew 9:9-12, it's important for us to have a heart and burden for the lost in our community and beyond. Missions
Kingdom Missions is the mission ministry of UCFM that is focused on sharing the message of Christ with others, both locally and globally. Through our various initiatives and partnerships, we strive to make a positive impact on the world around us and bring people closer to God. LLS College Ministry
At UCFM, we believe that college students are an important group of young people who have the potential to make a significant impact on the world. That's why we have a ministry specifically focused on reaching out to college students and bringing them to Christ through evangelism, outreach, fellowship, and mentoring. Whether you're a college student yourself or you're interested in supporting and encouraging this age group, we welcome you to get involved with this ministry.
Prison Ministry
UCFM's prison ministry is dedicated to bringing the hope and love of Jesus Christ to men and women who are incarcerated in local correctional facilities. We believe that every person, no matter their circumstances, has the potential to experience the transformative power of the gospel and find a new purpose in life. Through our prison ministry, we seek to present the gospel to inmates and provide them with the support and resources they need to grow in their faith and make positive changes in their lives. Artistic Fingers Sewing Circle
The Sewing Circle Artistic Fingers Program is a ministry of UCFM's Missions Department that has been working to provide hygiene kits to homeless girls living in orphanages and underprivileged girls in various countries for the past five years. These kits are an important resource for girls who may not have access to basic personal care items, and they can help to improve their health and well-being. Through this ministry, we seek to make a tangible difference in the lives of girls who are facing difficult circumstances and show them the love and care of Christ. United Excel
United Excel is a ministry of UCFM that is focused on education, advocacy, and empowerment in the Baton Rouge community and surrounding areas.
