Dr. Mark  A. Ellis, Sr.

Pastor Mark A Ellis Sr is an inspired leader, songwriter, musician business practitioner, pastor and evangelist who has extensively traversed this nation sharing God’s Word with people of all races and backgrounds. Pastor Ellis’s messages have been the source of inspiration, transformation, and salvation to people all across this nation.

Pastor Ellis graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, with a major in Business Administration, Columbia University of NY and Darden Business School of VA with Executive MBA certificates. In addition, Pastor Ellis attended Interdenominational Theological Center and SB Seminary receiving a Doctorate Of Divinity in 2006.

Pastor Ellis accepted his call to ministry in 1996 and was ordained an Elder in 2000. Pastor Ellis founded United Christian Faith Ministries in 2001 in Baton Rouge La. Under his leadership, the Church has grown to over 2000 members with over 30 active ministries and continues to progress with excellence in Christian discipleship, global missions, and community outreach.

Pastor Ellis is bi-vocational and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Church of God In Christ National Publishing House and Bookstore.

Pastor Ellis work experience includes 20+ years in Sales and Marketing as Vice President of Sales and Operations at Pitney Bowes Inc. A Fortune 500 Company based in Stamford CT. (Retired June 2015).

In addition, Pastor Ellis has served one of the nation’s most prominent civil rights advocacy organizations, Rainbow PUSH Inc. as Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Pastor Ellis is married to the lovely Mary Shantil Ellis and they have 4 children. Markayla, Mark Jr, Madelyn and Martha.
